I notice that the 2010 Annual Report was dated 22-9-10, so hopefully we can hang out for the 2011 report for further details or non-details. I assume that there will be an Annual Meeting at some stage thereafter where interested shareholders can raise issues directly with all directors rather than just having informal chats/emails with the CEO.
