    To actually state that ‘it dont matter’ whether you are posting fact or fiction says a lot. So, just because it is in the judges hands, making things up is now okay?

    Why is it ok to post fiction now that ‘we are at the judges mercy?’ What is the difference? Any loss incurred (especially through misinformation) today by an investor will smart just as much as a loss incurred a month before the case wrapped up.

    Dare I pre-empt, the whole argument will follow on about the naivety of people investing based on what they read on this forum, I agree to most of it. But that is a side issue, as a rule fictitious posts don’t belong here, so again I ask why this distinction about writing pre and post-closing arguments fictitious post?

    I'm just surprised that because the case is in the judges hands, it is now ok to post lies according to you.
