Boredom reigns supreme until we get the court case resolved one way or the other. We have all made informed choices with regard to our investment in AVQ and will live with the outcome. Speculation about what might happen if AVQ wins is interesting but probably a waste of energy at this point. The only thing that anyone can say for sure is that if AVQ wins then it is at the the starting point and will need a partner, if AVQ loses then we all look to our other investments. I can only imagine what this thread will look like if AVQ wins.

Last comment is that, as an an investor on L plates but with many years of policy analysis in a variety of areas, the mere fact that SMM is fighting hard indicates that something of value is at stake.
