sle - as outlined in earlier comments, there is no 'objectively' fair price.
It all depends on perspective - do you value on what you think future cashflkows will be - or just what they are today? Or value for the intellectual property rights and any other assets only?
Each will give you very different results - and the 'market' goes through different times when it uses on of these 'prisms' - then will shift to another.
Right now though - the broader market is 'risking on' to small caps and healthcare stocks - so it would seem likely that Friday's 9.7c closing price was quite reasonable.
Could well be 12c in 2 weeks.
Thats why these stocks are considered speculative - not investment grade.
They dont have the present cashflows to underpin a rock solid PE ratio.
