No plans I'm aware of - they've earmarked the capex they have committed to (30-35M by memory) to complete fitout of existing centres to 35MW capacity goal. This will be comfortably achieved within their existing resources, and then assume they'll want to replenish capital reserves before go building new centres.
If look carefully at recent investor road show presentation & in annual accounts - you'll also see they have the technical means to increase capacity of the existing centres by a further 15% relatively easily, so gives them quite a bit of contingency space / wriggle room before need to commit to a new data centre.
I imagine when the time comes they'll probably also do a deal with their partner property trust AJD (like did with P1) so can free up capital to better deploy in their business rather than real estate.
