OPL and NEO were in sell mode again, not surprising ,not withstanding the announcement. The charts show weakness as if ther is 'Overhead supply waiting for any chance to dump the shares. It will need something like a strong announcement to let these sellers out. In the meantime until gthese sellers have gone the share prices are vulnerable. It is a worry for those in the shares as both shares are vulnerable and that comment may be pregnant with meaning IMHO. B2
