Be careful on the geology B2. It is not a given that epithermal gold deposits WILL deliver a better grade than initially estimated. There are many examples of epithermal dpeosits that havent. It is not a rule of thumb at all.
However some deposits that are are high grade, nuggety or contain bonanza zones that can be difficult to sample and it is these that can deliver higher grades when mined. I reckon Twin Hills could fit into this camp.
Your generic statement re epithermal deposits is technically more incorrect than correct.
