I felt that he continued to have an understated air of confidence in the process and the response that made me sit up when he could have been excused with going with Matt's line of thought was "we can walk and chew gum at the same time". In other words prove what we have but simultaneously keep exploring.
And furthermore I felt he gave a some more insight and reasons for engaging in the mou with SBE. Their history in working with China businesses and their proven ability to engage with customers and offtakers was a major consideration. Another quote was "a lot of darts are being thrown at darts boards" in reference to other hydrogen projects in Australia and abroad but made it quite clear that the SBE mou was a validation that they have bought the scalability and general thesis that only the best projects will work and that Gobi H2 may well be in that category.
I have watched all of the crux interviews from the beginning to this latest one just released one after the other along with the other interviews. I can only recommend others to do that as part of their own due diligence to gain an appreciation of plan and how it is being executed. Again to my ears and eyes this is on track, and a whole lot more is underway currently and as planned on the horizon.
Going to be an very interesting next few months in my opinion, a lot of the hard yards have already been undertaken.
