Despite GA best efforts the real size of B4M, will be released after the resolution of court case is decided (if court case even goes ahead)
GA didn't want B4M *real* value to be public, so IMHO Heathgate and Quasar were instructed to keep B4M result quite or destroyed. This led AGS to court action just to have access to JV records. This court action and heads up from PM have given AGS the evidence required to show fraud had taken place hence the JV is voided. Also because info was withheld AGS couldnt realses any info there SP has slumped
GA only option to avoid consequences of fraud (jail) Would be to resolve with AGS (complete buyout or reallocate JV %)
Worst case for AGS is court action failure and they will still have 25% with production a heart beat away from starting. Both parties would like to make some money out of the JV eventually.
