BA Mine Approval

Due to the lack of knowledge passed down to us fellow share holders at this point in time... I thought I would do some research into what the queensland government has been approving and throughout my research I have found that they have been approving alot of projects at this current time, the most interesting has been the colton coal mine, the devastation this mine could cause the the neighbouring town is quite the possibility, but yet it has still been approved and won on appeal in court to me this is a good sign for TER with BA.. I have pasted link below and encourage a healthy debate what's your thoughts? what could be the issues at hand with approval? obviously rehabilitation costs have been raised throughout aquisition. You can also access on google the process at which the qld mining approval process is conducted and allows for objections from partys which I believe has occurred and is holding this process up.
