certainly appreciate all input.
IMHO, from what I have read, the government of Botswana are indeed dedicated to building the coal industry as they need continued resource revenue which currently comes from diamond mines, this resource however is in decline and so the government is putting a lot of work into building and supporting this new industry.
There is always sovereign risk, but from my research in Botswana it seems fairly minimal.
