No, Dave, CSD do not own this now. The current owner is Gammon Copper P/L and CSD paid it 1.8m to assume liability (environmental) in 2017 - there was a Court case that we followed carefully around the time of the DOCA involved BGC/CSD and Snow Peak.

The mining project changed hands again and the next mineral rights holder, Consolidated Tin Mines, paid current owner Baal Gammon Copper Pty Ltd $1.8 million to assume liability in 2017."
