How will CSD obtain income from Surveyor next week??

My understanding is CSD will earn income from the management of the project at 9.85% of SPM NPAT?? (NP still yet to be defined). In my opinion after amortisation, depreciation, mine development costs, enviromental costs, MOO royalty, fixed and floating costs, management fee back to SPM Group...$ 0.00. CSD employing their resources to manage a project for another entity for possibly no return does not sit well with me. SPM would have cashflow forecasts for at least a 2 year period. CSD would have to have been privy to this info to make a commitment to be paid a mangament fee based on profit rather than revenue. The board of CSD must make available to shareholders the anticipated earn from the 9.85% free carry interest in SPM if it is to gain the confidence of the market.
