    Almost nobody can pay all outstandings at call, so I dont think this is a good test. To be solvent, a company must meet all its obligations when they are due. It appears that the Bankers and the Company are both satisfied that this will be the case with BNB.

    And share price has no bearing on a company's trading position, except perhaps in capital raising. A big drop does gripe investors though, but no one has a loss unless they sell. I have quite a few shares, no loss to date as I havnt sold and remain confident the SP will go back above the price I bought them for. And in the meantime, if this takes a long time, divdends, franked, will give me a return similar to if I had cash at bank.

    I remain optimistic :)
