Note in one of the paragraphs: I would further note that on 29 October 2024, Bookarelli lodged six (6) new individual shareholder claims via proof of debts forms which are not connected with the Pain proceeding. If this is the case, our names and many others might be on these lists.

Okay back to the cases, some points to consider:

1. First thing, the whole exercise following the results of the first claims case seems such a waste of time and money. So much time, energy and money spent on basically nothing. There's no productivity as a result of any of this, just the shifting around of money. It seems nuts to me.
2. I agree with the liquidators view that the whole process should have been brought as a single class action from the beginning. The process of continually bringing claims to court after 15 years seems bizarre to me and I don't really understand the rationale. I certainly don't want any part of it. Surely it's time to move on with life. I completely understand the Federal courts order for the stay of proceedings in the Pain case.

A question....Surely Bookarelii (or reps) and or the courts have to notify the names listed and provide an opt out after all these years as to whether they still wish to be included in a claims case. Does anyone know anything about the process for this? I just can't see how after 15 years, a person can be included as a plaintiff without any notice or opt-out process.
