she herself is a partner in Minter Ellison and has not from all accounts relinquished that role although conveniently it does not show prominently. In addition to which it must be noted that Elizabeth Noseworthy is also on the board of Babcock and Brown for whom Minter Ellison is legal advisor. Babcock and Brown interestingly enough is interested in the water resources of this state through its infrastructure fund. It has yet to gain that foothold.

There are dark clouds in the sky for Babcock. We know there are two journalists who had set out to investigate this particular organisation in Australia, to investigate the very sinister giongs on between them, arms of government and some very higly placed individuals in banking and politics.

It has yet to be made public. The board of Babcock and Brown will not come clean because in doing so they may well admit to having committed not one, not two but a myriad of offences against the corporations act and possibly the crimes act.

It will suddenly become topical when a particular news channel on its current affairs programme comes out with the documentary that will blow it all open.

Babcock and Brown was insolvent in 2007 and has continued to rely on inflated asset values with the tacit approval of certain individuals within the banks who now must keep them afloat.

We are also aware that the three thugs named in the Melbourne gangland syndicates that root companies have been involved with members of Babcocks inner circle. The implications are clear. But why is it taking so long for government and their agencies to act?

Why is Elizabeth Noseworthy still pally with the Premier of Queensland?
