The claims seem to be relevant to shares acquired between 12 August 2008 and 12 March 2009, a time in which the share price could be inflated due to earlier dividends not being paid out of profits, and no appropriate disclosure.

If you didn't acquire ordinary shares during this period, you might not be party to the class action.
