Yes the late Max was the brother of Phil Green. Whilst there is no direct connection that could now be proved of complicty in the frauds of Max by Phil, there are certainly some patterns of conduct that compel shattered investors and client companies bullied by Phil Green that he inherited at least some of his late brothers skills in keeping the truth well hidden from those he should have disclosed to.
He may not like doing business with Lewski Max's partner in business. He nonethless did a good deal of business with him and was aware of the down the line unsavory connections to very questionable characters and Lewski.
Phil Green must be brought to book. Babcock and Browns collections and overcharging of some of their clients and business associates (mainly clients in a weaker position than they were) in need to be investigated.
All of those building, construction and develompent companies that thrived courtesy of Phil Greens largesse and their lawyers boots to bully should now be investigated. All I believe were acting unconscionably and possibly (my words) uillegally at some stage or the other.
Babcocks arbitrarging of loans to usurious levels and their breaches of the Trade Practices act must be brought out into the open. Their lawyers need to be investigated for allowing them, aiding and advising them in their so called arbitrarging of loans which were nothing short of 'bully boy' lending, secret commissions, loans without disclosures agains with lawyers drafting documents and advising them badly on how to go about it needs to be aired.
