Who ever said the options held by B&B executives remain in the hands (as beneficial owners) of B&B executives? The article in the Fin Review claiming that man are now holding worthless options in the financial disaster called Babcock and brown is either wantonly misinformed or acting in the belief that all catholics refrain from eating meat on Friday, observe lent, attend church every Sunday and refrain from anal sex.

There should always be an examination and an audit on any firm the size and the extent of the disaster B&B has become, add to this of course MFS and its many other reincarnations, in order to determine when and how and in what 'legal loophole form' those options in the hands of executives changd hands and how so that the exercise may be legislatively expunged to prevent further abuse.

The taunting of B&B management and its board including those with apparent conflicts positioned by the government in our various resources authorities must continue till such time that the culture of non compliance and 'corruption' in financial and legal circles is totally excised from the Queensland and Australian corporate culture.

Babcock and Brown has yet to disclose the real extent of its financial problems. Why wait till the corpse has turned cold?
