We have a signed MoU. This will not change! It doesn't need to change, even for Babis! He wants a legally non binding document ,
It was never a legally binding document, it was just an understanding that both parties will work together and include the processing in the Czech Republic.
All this political posturing has spooked the market, but nothing has changed. To me this article says it all.
The DFS is continuing and we will eventually get to the valuation we deserve.
