The Babscay Pty Ltd class action is afoot and even if you joined MB this class action is different to the class action already being brought by Maurice Blackburn. It has different legal claims and covers a much longer time period. If you purchased shares before 30 March 2015 you cannot join the Maurice Blackburn claim but you can join this class action. If you purchased shares after 30 March 2015 you can join both actions. Joining MB action doesn’t prevent you joining this action. I am joining up today and this makes the third CA I'm eligible to join.
