Using your arguments, it is the baby boomers who are responsible for the attitude of the gimme's. You might find not all offspring of baby boomers are as bad as you make them out to be, look beyond your own family.
it's an evolving world, get used to it, unfortunately some of the passing generation will look at the new generation and find fault because "its not how they behaved when they were young"......well buddy times change, embrace it or live in bitterness.
And what will the gimme's contribute to society, according to you not much, but in reality, efficiency of systems, evolution of new technologies, advances of health care, insights into protection of the planet ( we can blame baby boomers for most of the planets destruction, the gimme's will try to reverse it) and maybe one day, an ability to colonise another planet. Life is dynamic and exciting, you just dont realize it.
