My parents, when my age had it the easiest. Brand new Monaro would cost $4500, new house $20,000 beers were $5 carton, average wage was huge in comparison to cost of living etc.
Imagine the whinging and 'entitlement' seeking the baby-boomers would spew if they had to start from scratch in todays world.
No one dares employ a baby-boomer because they're only looking to pull 'compo-job', that sets them up for retirement.
The baby boomer generation are the most wasteful, polluting, don't give a stuff about anyone else generation that we'd all be happy to see 'cohort replaced' so we can see greater prosperity for those who actually work and keep this nation running.
