Almost certainly the right call, rational pundits agree that the most likely scenario is many years of range bound
house prices around a ?at trend in real terms i.e. you won't loose money nor will you make money. As long as I can get 4% plus as a depositor for the next few years - I am happy.
Later, but much later, Oz. property will be a great buy again, although due to pending retirement, I may have to pay a mugs price for my own place to live in, so I will have less money to spend within more deserving Oz. industries.
