Countries like Japan, Singapore are different, the younger generations do not prefer to have children, nor believe in marriage. When we went to Japan & Singapore rarely we saw moms with prams in shopping malls.
Australia is a breeding nation, thanks to baby bonus & child support. Shopping malls & cafes are always crowded with moms & their prams spending their child support money. Also, Australia takes in a lot of refugees that still have the mentality of "be fruitful & multiply". Also, rich Chinese investors & skilled migrants. With all these combination, there is always be younger & smart generations needing accomodation in decades to come.
