When all the baby boomers in their big flash houses have to downsize this is going to create a huge hangover of properties.

The prices will crash as desperate owners take anything they can get as their years advance and they cannot hold out any longer.

This is going to take another 10 years or so to really hit hard but imho is a dead cert.

Anyone thinking that property is going to stay at anywhere near these historically inflated prices is dreaming a dream about to turn into a nightmare.

Hold on to your own home but stay away from speculating in any investment property if you want to stay ahead.
