What a tottally ridiculous proposition .
Barely worthy of comment , but the size of the houses is irrelevant .A brick will cost what a brick costs , the value of property will be held in the land component as it always is .
When I was a kid the family home which the family owned for 44 years was on 1200sq metres , now its 3 townhouses .
The land is the key ... and as far as I know GOD stopped making it some time ago !!
