But I don't think this will kill property; but a recession definatley will.

Having said this, property investors do have the pollies on their side and the pollies seem to be that short-sighted that they could do anything to property. It makes sense for property values to drop, but the govt and the RBA will put up a good fight which just might make a mess of good sense.
