    I've read the prospectus in detail but have two key questions:

    1 . Should the company be analysed on the Pro forma or Statutory NPAT? i.e. $9.1 million v $6.2 million in 2016

    2. How does a company grow from 33 to 70 stores in 6 years with a 75% - 100% payout ratio?
