We get everything at Seed or the Bonds online store but did inspect our Baby Jogger at BB before buying online somewhere in the end. The overall range at BB seems pretty good, quality can be anywhere from very average to excellent, depending on the brand but they do cater to most demographics. Service could improve in the sense that the few times we've been, there's been a decent wait for a rep. Potentially a good sign, depending on how you view it.
