"Shareholders should also consider the further information set out below which includes the background to the issue of 2011 Options, details of the 2009 Options and Convertible Bonds previously on issue, and details of the combined shareholdings of the major shareholders – NZOG, Saurashtra and Gujarat (which is currently 43.59% and would rise to 49.33% if NZOG, Saurashtra and Gujarat were to exercise all their 2009 Options and 2011 Options).
