I certainly wouldn't squander my youth sitting in front of a computer whining!
I recently offered my friends 15 year old son , who I knew needed some pocket money, an offer to earn some cash. The deal was to ride his bike from his house to mine via the newsagency , buy a sunday paper with his money , and when he got to my house I would give him $10 and he could keep the change . So about $8 for riding 7kms. He decided he would rather stay at home and watch TV.
35 years ago I would spend from 5:00am to 1:00pm on a Sunday , riding around town with a pushbike loaded with newspapers, from house to house yelling at the top of my voice at each home ,"paper" , and try to make a sale that way. Commission was 1 cent per newspaper plus tips. I would make about $1.50 , and I always banked $1 per week.
So stop complaining , get a job , make your own opportunities.
(whine. n. long-drawn wail ; complain)
