Simon, I realize that none of us know when we will get the JV announcement but trying to determine a date is impossible IMO,,,,none of us here have any idea whether the delay is caused by MNM,exergen,maddingley,exergen shareholders,,,,ect ect (I have the feeling its a very complex deal which is why I also included maddingley, IMO they may be included as they already have a mine and that would be a good place to start IMO but I could also be completely wrong)

All we know is that the JV is being "progressed" I think that was the term they used...When I spoke to Ik he told me that the JV was not delayed due to the outcome of the JORC which may or may not be true...

IMO we could get the JV announcemet tomorrow or we could get the announcement in 10 months time....reason I say this is,none of us have any information to base our assumptions on IMO...

this is just my take on the JV..
