The big seller must be nearly out of stock, assuming there is only one. And given Perpetual hasn't made a new substantial shareholder announcement, perhaps another insto or two have jumped on board.
Great to see that they are paying up to get each successive line, and when supply dries up, only one way for it to go if they want further stock.
