I think these stocks are getting back onto the insto radar more generally. Threat of not being able to meet debt obligations or refinance is diminishing, thus instos no longer has reputation risk.
IMO, instos hate getting stuck with stock in their portfolios that go into administration, as it is a long term reminder for clients (stays in portfolio at no or low value for years) that they lost a bundle.
