I don't think so... the AUD has been trading within 5c band (or less) since Jan. Haven't seen a movement in the Aussie today that explains this little fillip. Also, in my experience, changes in the exchange rate haven't had a direct, immediate effect on the SP for IPH even though they have a Forex exposure.
