i don't get this market. an investment bank puts a buy recommendation this morning with almost 100% upside target. the sp is currently trading in the worst case scenario range where rhg would be taken over by a bank for its loan book (55-82c), and yet people sell it down.
it seems the mkt only cares about the next 5 minutes not 5 months.
