If they have acquired a new project, it will de-risk the company and the current sp.

The way I see it, support is at 3c (chart wise) -

Hence no announcement, the sp downside will be 15-20% (big deal)

With announcement, the sp upside could be 60-100% (approx.) - now that's a big deal.
