    I think someone is accumulating at these low levels.

    I suspect that we may see further price falls, then in a week or so, the speculation will start once again. This will drive the price up again, until a positive announcement is made, the speculators make a killing, then the price is allowed to fall back down to these levels again.

    Time will tell.
