What a load of BS. I am in the shipping game and I get better rates from South America to Asia than I do from Australia to Asia. Chartering vessels from the Americas to Asia is the cheap leg my man. why do you think the likes of Vale Brazil shipping iron ore to China are competitive? the facts are opex will be miles cheaper than any Australian producer, and the shipping isn't wildly more expensive like you think " FACTS"....
