You've made comments about the project being unlikely to get funding a couple times now, this time suggesting it is near certainty - could you please elaborate further with some factual reasons as to why you believe this to be the case? And please don't use the sovereign risk card as a play here unless you have evidence / examples to back this claim. I'm happy to hear opposing views, but would appreciate some evidence to back up the argument rather than opinion shaped by the dislike of other HC posters.
