it will all depend on the ree pricing as we head into September. Any signs of increasing and the sentiment will rub off on Vmm and Mei. The 403 including contingency is invariable as that is off a 297 mil usd capex. Otherwise u will need a 200 mil capex to come under 300 mil. Whatever is the case, for this to be an attractive investment at these prices, a capex of 100 mil usd incl contingency would have been required. Obviously this is not possible.
