If you break it down to an intraday view the positive was it had increasing volumes during the morning session to hit the highs of the day and petered out to then have a late afternoon rush of sellers with decent volume. The candle is also an outside day which represents the previous candle meaning the short term direction is still in play, i.e. still in a downtrend
IF, the closing price was higher than the high from the previous day you could argue a bit of an engulfing pattern which would indicate bullish behaviour
IMO, downtrend still has it over the uptrend, but signs are there for it to potentially change
