In simple terms,

The JV people or the negotiators, likely one and the same have decided that we are a JV opportunity that suits their exploration strategy.

Negotiations are complete as far as the "the commercial terms" are concerned.

Due diligence is being undertaken regarding investing in the Seychelles (govt and major have already sat down) and due diligence is being undertaken regarding WHL energy, books open etc....these are precedents pertaining to this type of LOI.

Like any major commercial decision, it must now pass their final internal approval process. Upon a positive outcome we will be advised of our new partner and the terms agreed.

This is my understanding of where we are to date.

There are hundreds of LOI variations and wordings Scobie.

It is my understanding also that as per Steve Noskes BRR interview the company still hopes to update the market within the timeframe stated.
