Why the heck would Mumbai Development Authority use a product that is not a nano material by your definition, hella expensive in it's actual nano form against the Waste Carbon Black you claim they would use, actually decreases the serviceability of the pavement whilst turning it a murky black that is known to leach out and cause environmental hazards and needs more water to disperse, lowering the strength of the concrete even further?

    Another
demonstration or you total ignorance and duplicity.

    - The paper states quite clearly that ordinary CB was used - not some totally imaginary and expensive product created by your imagination..

    - CB is cheap - ~USD1/kg

    - CB increases abrasion resistance. If you had read more widely you would know this.

    - The pigmentation is actually a benefit for road surfaces because it reduces reflections.

    - Carbon black is used for making black concrete for household use such as bench tops. The toxicity and leaching claims are absolute nonsense.
