From ctp financial report december 2008:
"HEN is a privately owned unlisted company being
developed under the auspices of Martin Place Securities, (MPS) a boutique Sydney based stockbroking firm specialising in the resources industry and is managed by Barry Dawes, the CEO of MPS and Ian Mutton, a prominent corporate lawyer specialising in the Trade Practices area of law for large resources companies."
Both PXA & HEN were assembled by MPS as separate private companies. PXA was sold to QGC. They were purpose built entities to sell off to jv partners, as happened with pxa as i understand it.
