I would happily run a patent warehouse such as CDY for maybe a third of what Maria gets AND maybe a healthy grab of 18c, 3 year options. The same concept could/should apply to directors also. Other administrative savings would also be possible.

What I wouldn't touch is would be strong safeguards around the 97.5% purity mk protein storage. Nor would I alter the collaborative scientific approach in any way.

I'm not saying such a strategy would dispense entirely with the need for La Jolla but it would certainly reduce the dilution.
