I agree with most of your posting. However, this lawsuit is not primarily against Bingo Bank. If GTP wrote these loans under false pretense and they are declared nil and void then the facts surrounding Bingo's acquisition of these loans become a non-issue. Bingo can't settle anything at this stage, even if they were ready and willing.
