everytime ctp starts to rise we see small share dumps that push the price down. the cycle will continue until they have something tangible to tell the market like they are drilling, they have found gas, or gotten new partners for helium projects. each of these will likely occur over the next six months of so, so i don't really see any issue with the ebb and flow between 4.x and 5.x as this is essentially a transitory state while real things start to happen. it offers both buying and selling opportunities for players, and annoying distraction for long-term holders.
