I don't think Wilson could take over TEK or TOP, as much as I would like him to, as Alex W holds a big share of each. Plus Wilson put in a friendly $1.1m for the IPO back in 2013 - don't know if he is still a shareholder.
In TEK, Alex holds about 21% under Thorney Holdings plus at least another 4% in other holdings and perhaps other holdings which I can't recognise.
The next largest shareholder has 11% and I assume they are friendly as Alex has a long-standing business and personal relationship with them according to press reports.
I just wish Alex would wind the bloody thing up. What a shocking performance over the 11 years of its existence!
